The hotel's location is awesome, making it a perfect fit for my needs with a beautiful tree-laden setting and close proximity to the hustle and bustle of Coliseum & Mercury Roads. Though out of the way, the hotel remains easy to reach and provides better value compared to other accommodations in the area.

The hotel exceeded my expectations with its updated and clean rooms, full kitchen, large desk, decent flatscreen TV, and firm Queen bed. However, the lack of regular ovens was a downside. The service was accommodating at Foodcraft, although some staff appeared tired. The location, set in a wooded business park in Hampton, VA, was great overall but could use better maintenance. The dining options seemed limited currently, with a preference for a full breakfast. The facilities offered dry cleaning, shops, and laundry services on-site.

My stay at this hotel was an impressive surprise. The room was much nicer than expected, very clean with a full kitchen, a nice large desk, a decent flatscreen TV in the corner, and a firm Queen bed. The service was top-notch with accommodating and pleasant staff. The location was clean and convenient in a seemingly safe business park area with shopping and other amenities within a 10-minute drive.
